Unlocking a Token











Unlocking a Token Using Set Token Password

To unlock a token using Set Token Password:

1 Log on to the token as an administrator (see

Logging On to a Token as an Administrator

page 58).

2 Do one of the following:

 Click the Set Token Password icon:

 Right-click the token in the left pane and select Set Token Password from the shortcut

menu.

The

Set Password

window opens.

3 Enter a new password in the

New Password

and

Confirm Password

fields.

The

Set maximum number of logon failures

displays the maximum login failures set by the

administrator during initialization.

4 Click OK.

The token is unlocked.

You can now log on as a user with the new password.
